jquery-expandingForm allows building guide-like forms which expand and grow as the user fills in form fields.

It works by adding new input fields as the user fills in the previous and presses ENTER.

New form fields can be added at the top or at the bottom of the form, based on the selected behavior.

Usage instructions are included with the download package.
